Full-Time Maintenance Technician
Seeking a full-time, hard-working, proactive, and reliable Maintenance Technician who will assist with the completion of daily service requests, routine, and preventative maintenance for a growing portfolio of apartments. The incumbent will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and other physical structures in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures) and safety policies.

Full-Time Resident Relations Specialist
Our Resident Relations Specialists are full-time energetic, detailed, and customer-focused professionals. They work as a team to simplify the complexities of leasing, give tours of our properties, assist prospects and residents with their concerns, and turn interested parties into residents.

Janitor and Groundskeeper
We are looking for full-time, hard-working, proactive, and reliable staff who will assist with the completion of daily cleaning, vacuuming, landscaping, trash and snow removal for a growing portfolio of apartments.

Temporary Office Staff (Summer Only)
We are looking for temporary, part-time office team members to serve at our front desks greeting, answering phone calls, and communicating via emails, as well as assist with clerical work including filing, creating move-in packets, and walking apartments for quality control.

Temporary Maintenance Technician (Summer Only)
We are looking for temporary maintenance team members who should have basic hand tool knowledge, be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, have familiarity with painting and basic hand tools, and an ability to learn quickly and work independently.
