We are looking for part-time office team members who will serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective residents, guarantors, and vendors. They also assist with clerical work including filing, organizing, creating move-in packets and keys, as well as walking apartments for quality control as we get ready for annual move-ins. They should be able to work independently, efficiently and provide helpful service to all they encounter at a minimum of 16 hours per week.

In addition, there are three turnover periods annually, called TURN: 

6/17/2025 - 7/5/2025

7/18/2025 - 8/2/2025

8/15/2025 - 9/6/2025

Applicants should be available to work one, two or all three of the timeframes. Hours will vary weekly during TURN, but a minimum of 30 hours per week will be scheduled. 

A valid driver's license and vehicle in Amherst are required for this position.

Salary:  $15.00 per hour
